This Pub is Permanently Closed

This three bar pub attracted a youngish clientèle. Surprisingly, a lot of Websters appeared to be consumed here which was an indication of either its good condition or its relatively cheap (for a Chef & Brewer bar) price. Former Watney pub, closed by Spirit, demolished and replaced with flats. One even looks like an Oast House - not much comfort to drinkers as there is no other pub in the area!
