Historic Interest

Designed by BGP Group Architects with Peter Smith & Partners of 68 Old Market Street, Bristol, BS2 0EJ. Planning application 93/00534/FUL submitted on 10th Spetember 1993 for 92 bed hotel, with leisure facilities, bars, car parking restaurant, landscaping and access. Conditional permission granted on the 9th December 1993.

As at November 2017, the freehold NT293418 was held by VUR Village Properties Limited (Reg. No. 6139041) and the freehold NT442134 was held by VUR Village Trading No.1 Limited (Reg. No.418878).
