The Charlton Arms is a traditional family friendly pub in Chilwell. The pub boasts a great space for pub games such as pool and darts and a host of tv screens making it the perfect place to watch sport while enjoying a drink with friends. With a newly implemented menu with an array of traditional pub food dishes this pub now has something for everyone.

Historic Interest

Formerly a Shipstone's tied house, the Charlton Arms is a Brewer's Tudor interwar pub. In 1876, an earlier pub of the same name was fully licensed under victualler F. Porter (Post Office Directory). Named for the Charlton family, one time owners of Chilwell Hall (www.broxtowe.gov.uk).As at November 2017, the freehold for the Charlton Arms (NT349509) was held by the Spirit Pub Company (Managed) Limited (Reg.
