This Pub is Closed Long Term

Small corner pub with a smart upstairs function room. Opened as a Chinese Restaurant with a bar in February 2018 after over four years of closure.

Historic Interest

Formerly a Hardy's & Hanson's Kimberley Ales tied house, the Queen's Head is located in Broxtowe Borough Council's Kimberley Conservation Area.

The Kimberley Conservation Area Character Appraisal states "The Queen’s Head public House on the corner of Main Street and James Street is well maintained, however, and exhibits high quality architectural detailing. It provides an attractive focus for the road junction. Early photographs show the building in its original bare brick form and although it is unfortunate that this has been covered by render, the colours chosen do not detract from the character of the area (Broxtowe Borough Council).
