Two-roomed traditional pub in a residential area. Refurbished in a sympathetic style in April 2022. The White Lion offers four cask beers from the main bar on hand pump, mainly from local microbreweries. This pub is dog friendly and has treats on the bar for visiting 4-legged guests. Freehold purchased by Pub People Company in February 2022.

The White Lion was listed as an Asset of Community Value by Broxtowe Borough Council on the 18th February 2022, having been nominated by Nottingham CAMRA.
