Built in the 1880s, this pub has two rooms downstairs, and a function room upstairs. Totally refurbished internally and externally in May 2022. The smaller 'snug' is carpeted and has a dartboard. The main bar is spacious and welcoming with TVs and pool table. The corridor area also contains a number of individual tables and chairs.

A Late Victorian former Shipstone's house with a heritage interior CAMRA rates as Regionally Important. Built of brick with a corner tower the interior is partially opened-out, but retains much original structure. From the corner entrance, on the left is a large plain bar with island servery, a wide corridor with seating behind the servery.
