This 300 year old stone-built inn . A pub since 1709; its present name dates from the 1840s. Although the interior is much changed, the front bar still retains its huge stone fireplace. The restaurant is called the Maharaja and specialises in Indian Food. Guest beers include seasonal ales from local breweries such as North Cotswold. Behind the pub a courtyard leads to a pretty garden by a stream. The Cotswold Way starts nearby and therefore the inn is popular with walkers.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
