S15/0580 - Simon Boon Homes Limited. Demolition of Public House and erection of 4 no. properties. Approved 14 May 2015.

Google Street View shows conversion completed by May 2017. Reference to Lambert Terrace in Dec 2015, showing that by this time the pub had been demolished.
