A pub since 1774 and possibly the 1750s, a large stone-built pub, with an open plan dining area internally and large garden. Reopened February 2026 after sudden closure. Standard keg offerings. Sometimes closed for a private function. See Facebook or phone if it matters. Witney bus stops nearby but daytime only. Oxford to Witney buses serves BN roundabout a mile away.
