A 19 bedroom Edwardian property originally the Boars Hill Hotel and Hydro. It had been a country club, converted to flats and in 1985 back to a hotel. Change of use to single dwelling approved June 2008 and again July 2012. Planning application P13/V2156/FUL demolition of existing building and erection of 5 bed dwelling approved 23 November 2013.
