Grand-Met-Watney. WATNEYS STAG, RUDDLES COUNTY. Real ale is L-shaped ground floor bar which has large interesting prints on walls. Upstairs darts bar has no real ale.The pub name commemorates a monastery which used to be near, whose clothing had a cross emblem, hence the appellation crossed or 'crutched'. Hot lunches/Snacks am & pm/Darts/Disco on Fri eves.
