This unpretentious but comfortable and spacious basement bar with some fine stained glasswork attracts a wide selection of visitors due to its location in the New Town near to the fashionable area of Stockbridge. The bar has a fine wooden gantry and a defunct painted upright piano and tables with brass cribbage boards built in are part of the furniture. The food menu is all organic and includes vegetarian and vegan options. Children are not admitted. Card payment only.
