Licensed tea rooms, formerly the Mayor's Parlour, situated in part of the former Old Town Hall that can be accessed from the Howard Street entrance or from Effingham Street. . Offers all day breakfasts, sandwiches, cakes, afternoon teas and hot dishes. Also serves teas and coffees. There is an upstairs function room that can be hired and also features occassional entertainment events.
