Street corner pub close to the bus station. Reopened on 22nd April 2016 following a short period of closure. Completely refurbished and renamed the Plough. Previously known as the Urban Bar and, before that the Effingham Arms. Real ale was available but has now been removed. Overlooks Effingham Square and the historic Hastings Clock.
