This Pub is Permanently Closed

Closed 2007. In 2009 leased to Panache Indian Restaurant who in August 2013 were under notice to quit as the property was to be demolised and the site redeveloped as a care home. Planning permission was also granted for housing redevelopment on the site. The pub was demolished in August 2014. By 2018 Crispin Court Care Home owned by Avery Homes Stafford Ltd is on the site, the freehold is owned by SIPL Saints Propco SARL based in Luxembourg.
