This Restaurant is Permanently Closed
This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.
It was a cafe bar rather than a pub which opened in November 1999. For several years it served a number of real ales but lost them with a change of ownership about 10 years later. It then became a coffee shop/restaurant but in 2017 reopened as a restaurant & wine bar. By 2018 it had converted to a "bring your own booze" status and in 2019 split into a bar, the Red Door Lounge Bar, and a restaurant, The Bank House Restaurant, operated together. Further changes in 2020 saw it reverting to a cafe bar,the Bankhouse Bar, Lounge & Grill and later in 2020 to a cafe/crafts shop
