Reopening in 2022 after a complete makeover, the pub is mainly food led. The main entrance is via the car park at the rear of the pub. The bar faces a dining area with further dining space upstairs. A passageway beyond the bar houses a wood burning stove and a pool room lies beyond.
The nearby Llynclys Railway Station is part of the Cambrian Heritage Railway, but is only open on passengers on Heritage Open Days, please check with the railway for details.
Llynclys is served by six bus routes, 71,72,73,74,79 & T12 but they don't all run every day.
Historic Interest
There's a building attached to the pub which apparently used to serve as a brewery up to the 1950's! In its time the pub has been owned, not only by the Wrekin Brewery of Wellington, but was also a part of the extensive local estate of the Shrewsbury & Wem Brewery.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
