Home to Geltsdale Brewery. Bottled beers and polypins available to purchase. Geltsdale Brewery is a craft brewery based in Brampton, North Cumbria, adjacent to Hadrian's Wall. They only use water from the Geltsdale valley combined with the finest whole hops and malt to produce a range of the finest flavoured, balanced and creative craft ales in Northern England. Originally opened in 2006 by Fiona Deal, Geltsdale Brewery honours the traditional and proven methods of the original Brampton Brewery first opened in 1785, whilst applying a progressive and innovative approach to both beer style and brewing techniques.

Historic Interest

The old brewery was converted into workshops and formed original home to Geltsdale Brewery in 2006 before moving to new premises in 2013.
