Six real ales are dispensed by handpumps at competitive prices. At least five are normally from the Craven Brew Co range. The sixth may be a changing guest beer from a different brewery. A porter or stout is generally available.

In the downstairs bar there is an emphasis on good company, friendly chatter and the appreciation of good beer. There is also an upstairs room with more seating, a bar billiards table and space invaders table. This upstairs room can be hired for private functions. The brewing equipment can be viewed from the stairs leading to the upstairs room.

A range of snacks including locally sourced pork pies is available throughout the week.
