This Pub is Permanently Closed

Formerly Babushka, originally the Hope, before closure in December 2013 here was a modern but inclusive and welcoming gastropub with tropical décor, a piano, table football and a huge, enclosed beer garden with mature trees. Children were welcome until 7pm and discos or bands play in evenings (Thu-Sat). Cider and perry were served from boxes on the bar. Its future depends on its freehold landlords.
