This Pub is Permanently Closed

An ex-Punch pub was leased by Livelyhood. Reverted to Cedar Tree in 2019, latterly a sports bar. Bring your own food or order from outside.

Visited on 26 June 2023 to find it was no longer there, but the building on the site comprised upper floors converted to residential over empty ground floor space for which permission to convert likewise has recently been sought. The classic Trojan Horse exercise that local pub protection policies reinforced by London Plan Policy HC7 now exist to prevent.
