The pub has been sympathetically and well refurbished. There can be three real ales. They also offer over 20 gins and in access of 20 whiskies. This free of tie friendly pub is popular with diners, families and local drinkers alike. The front bar has authentic beams, a real fire and flagged floors, opening out into a large conservatory and well-tended beer garden and patio area, both with seating areas. There is a quiz night every Tuesday at 9pm. Parking can sometimes be difficult, but there is easy access from Denham Station (650m) via a footpath.

Gd II C18. Red brick; old tile roof with chimneys on gable ends. Brick modillion cornice. Two storeys. Window range of 2 sashes and central hanging inn sign. Ground floor with central door with small hood on brackets and 2 sashes. All windows segment-headed and with glazing bars to upper sashes only. Right-hand carriageway, timber doors, brick with old tile roof.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
