Friendly pub situated in a pretty village with historic connections to the Methodist revival in the 1700s. The landlord is an enthusiastic supporter of real ale and the pub serves two, often from Wye Valley and Evan Evans. There is a main bar, small dining room and function room. The outside seating area overlooks the village square and is a lovely place to enjoy a beer in the evening sun. The Outside Inn is a beautifully constructed wooden undercover drinking area with TV showing sporting fixtures. Pool and three dartboards in the function room. Excellent value evening meals and Sunday lunch with home-cooked specials. Monthly open mic night.
