After an extensive refurbishment the pub reopened in May 2018 with change of name from the Baker's Arms to the Hat and Rabbit. On entering there is a cozy snug to the right and the main bar area to the left. Both areas are very well appointed with booth style seating in the main bar and plenty of standing room too. The restaurant is at the rear and overlooks the large pub garden. The food is all prepared in house with mainly fresh food used. Outside there is plenty of seating, a BBQ area and kids play equipment.
