This Pub is Permanently Closed

The pub closed in September 2009. The building was demolished in August 2016 and the site has been redeveloped into housing.

Planning application for redevelopment of site refused in 2011. Reference: South Cambridgeshire S/0133/11. A new planning application (S/0291/15/FL) for demolition of the pub and erection of 12 dwellings was also refused by the planning authority but on appeal was granted by the Planning Inspector in November 2015. The work has since been carried out.
