The oak-beamed interior of the 17th century pub has been much altered, especially the dining room, where what must once have been a myriad small rooms have become a single space, albeit with assorted posts and pillars surviving in their memory. The snug to the left of the front door is a delight however.
Having been closed for over eight months the Rose reopened in mid January 2024. The new tenant previously ran the Navigator in nearby Little Shelford and his team will bring their Thai food menu with them. Stone-baked pizzas also available.
Its three handpumps often feature an Adnams beer plus two nationally recognised beers. There is also a tap wall with 6 keg taps serving Brewpoint, well known and Thai beers.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 0 regular beers.
