This Pub is Permanently Closed
A pub on this site since the 1820s, this Charrington house was spacious with a large garden and conservatory where children where made welcome and housed an indoor barbecue and was in the Good Beer Guide throughout the 80s. The pub closed in 2001 and remained derelict whilst successive owners submitted planning applications usually involving demolition.
