Small corner local hidden away in the back streets of Marylebone and one of the few remaining pubs of real character in the area. Inside, the lounge bar is snug with a cosy feel about it whilst upstairs a further bar is available for functions.
First licensed 1765 and rebuilt in 1939 by Charringtons, the pub is rated at one star on CAMRA’s National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors, with dado panelling and tiling typical of its era and traces of the original division the ground floor into two smaller bars.
