After a period of closure, this site has reopened with a new name and under new management. The Hawthorn is managed by Peter Creed & Tom Noest, who operate five upmarket gastropubs in the Cotswolds.

The focus in the Hawthorn is on simple pub food, with a straightforward drinks menu and beer selection. Food is sourced as much as possible from their existing Cotswold suppliers.

Toilets are upstairs.
