Family dining pub
A large inter war public house built in 1936 for Butlers to plans by architects Lavender & Twentyman. In 1966 internal alterations saw the three rooms at the front of the pub knocked into one; however in 1976 a wall was rebuilt to make two rooms again. In 1996 the pub was turned into a Harvester Inn concentrating on food and the rooms were knocked back into one. Privately owned and family run since 2010 it is very much food driven as a restaurant although drinkers are welcome, especially in the bar area.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
