Food orientated pub next to the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal offering the Vintage Inns menu.
The large rear outdoor area overlooks the canal and inside there's a comfortable area by the bar for enjoying a drink. For eating in it's best to book ahead, although there's usually a few free tables.

Historic Interest
The Anchor Inn dates back to the late 1700's. The first known landlord was a John Durham recorded as such in 1834, and the current building is believed to have been built during the early 1960's after the original was destroyed by fire
