Popular modern micropub with open plan café-style layout accommodating up to thirty-five customers. Beer garden and smoking area located to the rear. There is an additional outside seating area to the front. Three cask ales are offered, often from local breweries but can be from further afield. Additionally, up to four beers from independent breweries are dispensed via keg taps. A real cider is also usually dispensed via handpull, otherwise, by bag-in-box. Bottled real ciders from a variety of producers are also available. A book club meets on the first Tuesday of the month. There is a games night on the third Tuesday and a homebrew club on the second Wednesday of the month. Dogs are permitted unless the pub is busy. The pub is open on bank holidays (Sun opening hours).
