This Pub is Closed Long Term

Two well furnished, large rooms cater for the clientele from the local estate. The future of this establishment appears in doubt. When visited on 20 Jun 2021, it appeared that the building was being converted to residential use. A recent refused planning application (ref. 20/05920/FUL) indicated it was proposed to convert the building to residential use but to keep the listing as a public house so that it could be returned to this use if needed sometime in the future. However, City of Bradford MDC does not appear to have any record of this on its planning website. If you know anything, please send feedback via WhatPub.
