Following its closure as a pub in Feb 2020 this pub reopened as Bistro Polish Food in Feb 2022. A warm and friendly welcome is assured. Although principally a bistro-style restaurant, there a seats by the bar and it is possible to go in for just a drink. As the name implies, the food is of a Polish / East European style and it is plentiful and reasonably priced. The five keg taps on the bar dispense lagers and ciders from large-scale producers. However, the nearby fridge has a far more interesting choice of beers and drinks from East Europe.
