Ex S&N. Became a restaurant called XO which received a one-star (X-ecrable) review from AA Gill in the Sunday Times.

Sept 2017 - Noted as closed, boarded up and removed from the chain's website, this would seem to no longer be XO. Perhaps it will reopen as the Belsize Tavern? In our dreams...

and indeed it was dreamlike as, per a report in Jan 2019 - It is scheduled to become a Budgens. But is Aug 2019 - Better than Budgens but still just a restaurant and wine bar to open shortly.
