Feb 2025 - Our surveyor reports "Now fully demolished, even the remaining support ironwork for the original gas cylinder. I thought they were listed but perhaps they have been dismantled while the new building is built."

06/03/24 - closed permanently according to their Instagram account.

Reopened as Gas Station operated by Barworks. Large range of keg and bottle beers. The all-day menu offers modern classics with an emphasis on seafood and seasonal produce. This indoor-outdoor venue has three bars set over two floors, as well as a canal-side beer garden covered and heated for use all year round.

Was Chapel Down Gin Works which closed in Jan 2020 after only one year open in the former marketing suite for "Gas Holders London". A petrol station used to be on this site.
