This Pub is Permanently Closed

New SF1 Free House opened by 2001 as the Litten Tree and probably sold real ale at some time. A shooting during a hip-hop night on April 19 2002, led to the death of 20-year-old Jade Alleyne and the pub being renamed Wood Green Tavern. Put up for sale by SFI in Jan 2003 and closed by May of that year. The unit combined with next door to form a Lidl.
