Constable Burton, DL8 5LH (View on Google Map)

On main A684 opposite Constable Burton Hall and gardens, this attractive three-roomed pub is based largely on the food trade using locally-sourced produce. Large attractive beer garden. Much of the summer custom comes from the caravan site opposite. One interesting feature is the model train that runs around the bar at ceiling level. The landlord won the Good Pub Guide Licensee of the Year Award in 2020, and in 2024 celebrated twenty-five years in the pub. Opening and closing times may vary, responding to time of year and number of customers.
