A 1960s estate pub. Formerly named the Sarah Siddons, after the famous actress, who before she was married worked as a maid at nearby Guy's Cliffe House. Closed late 2008, renamed and reopened 29 October 2009. The pub has undergone an extensive redecoration and interior alterations. The exterior features bright purple-red paintwork which makes the building stand out. The interior is in the current fashionable shades of cream, stone and fawn, with red carpets and curtains. The bar remains in the same place but behind it is a new kitchen area and opposite are new toilets.
