This Pub is Permanently Closed

Unusual octagonal shaped building. A major refurbishment of this landmark pub by the station approach was completed in the summer of 2004. Still retains two bars, with satellite TV in the public bar. The lounge bar is modern decor, polished wood floors and sofas. Closed 2016. Suffered a severe fire and planning permission granted to demolish.
