This village-centre free house known locally as "The Shoes" is run by owners who are enthusiastic about serving quality real ales. The pub underwent a recent major refurbishment with the opening of a bar area and a separate restaurant room (booking recommended).
A pagoda-style smoking area overlooks a large beer garden with views across the Severn valley to the Clee Hills. A Quiz Night is held on the last Sunday of every month.
The bar and restaurant hours may be expanded if/when trade warrants it.
