Not easy to find but worth the effort. This is a converted farmhouse built in 1718 and used as a pub since 1830. Whilst wheelchairs can pass through the very low main door, they cannot access the toilets and this is a listed building and cannot be changed. A warm and friendly welcome is assured in this comfortable pub which retains many original features. There are one or two guest beers changing weekly.
Historic Interest
Grade II-listed building, converted to pub late 19C
