Re-opened August 3rd 2026 by Neil, Jason and Pat. They arrive with much experience of running Thwaites pubs. Originally a terrace of cottages, now two contrasted bars, one a lounge cum dining area the other a public cum sports bar. Food served daily. Music events, keep an eye on Facebook for details. A section of the car park has picnic tables where you can enjoy the sun. The pub is owned by Thwaites despite the lack of livery.
