Large, new build pub/restaurant which opened in 2015, specialising in rotisserie chicken meals and serving a selection of cask ales from various breweries owned by Marston's.

On the southern outskirts of Newbury, the pub is located on the road leading to Newbury College from Monks Lane.

Family friendly with an outside play area for children.
