This Pub is Temporarily Closed

Annual four-day beer and cider festival run by CAMRA North Bedfordshire in a historic performance venue.

The 47th BBCF opens from Wed 1 to Sat 4 October 2025. The festival offers 70 cask beers, 13 foreign beers, 1 low alcohol craft KeyKeg beer and 24 different ciders and perries. There is also a small selection of red and white wines, soft drinks and a visiting mead stall. Hot and cold food from caterer Yaw Asiamiah (Better than Mamma's) is on sale in the Howard Room upstairs.

Admission £5, CAMRA members £2 at all times. Accompanied children under 18 will be admitted free of charge to a family area in the Howard Room upstairs on Saturday only until 5pm. Live entertainment is provided each evening- see website or Facebook page for details.
