After several contentious name changes eventually reverted back to the original name in 2024 and the pub is very much food orientated. A function / dining area is available upstairs which doubles as a games / TV room with a dart board, pool table and large tv screen. To the rear of the premises there is an attractive paved seated dining area with raised flower beds.

Historic Interest

CADW Grade 2 listed since August 1994 for the special architectural quality that distinguishes the late-Georgian front.
