Description
Brewing began in 2012 using a 24-hectolitre plant (15 barrels). Set on a Somerset farm, it shares premises with Westcombe Dairy in an adjacent building. A wide range of beers are produced, including sour beers, using alternative fermentation methods, unorthodox yeasts, alongside barrel-ageing and a blending program. It also forages seasonal, wild ingredients. Wild Beer purchased the former Cottage Brewing site and all brewing equipment.
