Description

The Pilot Brewery began production on its 2.5 barrel plant in 2013. It is located at the rear of The Pilot Inn on the Mumbles sea front. The output is mainly for the Pilot Inn but can also be supplied to festivals and other select outlets. The proprietors have also set up Beer Riff brewery (qv).
