Description

Established in 1790, this independent, family brewery operates from the banks of the River Ouse in Lewes. A major development in 1985 doubled the brewhouse capacity to more than 38,000 barrels a year. There are plans to re-establish small brew lengths of special beers, including replicating old recipes. Harvey's supplies real ale to all its 45 pubs and about 550 free trade outlets in the South East.
