Description

A two-barrel plant set up in 2013 by Mark Shepherd to resurrect on-site brewing at the Blue Bell Cider House (brewing ceased in 1968). Brewster Lynn Crossland, who joined in 2014, continues the tradition of female brewers in the original brewhouse, producing solely for the Blue Bell and local festivals. The brewery likes to experiment with unusual flavours, and using ingredients foraged from local hedgerows.
